Your 60-minute massage with head and scalp treatment will melt away tension. Afterwards, retreat to the lounge or sundeck to share Lon's farm-sourced grazing paired with two glasses of bubbles. This all-encompassing journey begins with a skin softening salt exfoliation and Pearl Infused Remineralising Mask enriched with active ingredients to regenerate skin cells. Whilst cocooned, fall into a peaceful drift with a Subtle Energies cleanse, exfoliation, mask and scalp massage. Your journey is complete with private steam, full body hydration and a facial massage using precious oils of rose and jasmine to restore sensory balance.

Lon Spa’s Fitness Recovery Ritual is designed to help you recover from training or demanding work, relieve muscular tension and assist you to perform at your optimum level. Your recovery begins with a thermal contrast therapy journey Soak + Sauna + Plunge. Enjoy our Mineral Pool, Hot Mineral Soak and Outdoor Contrast Therapy space with Sauna, and Cold Plunge, whilst hydrating your body with herbal tea and lemon water.
