- What participants need to bring: Blanket and pillow for breathwork (mats will be provided)Bathers and towel for ice bath
- Important health considerations: The Wim Hof Method (WHM) is not recommended for anyone that is epileptic. Anyone that has serious heart conditions or other health conditions of note are asked to speak with their physician before participating. It is also recommended that participants fast and avoid caffeine for the 2-3 hours prior to the session for best results. If you need to eat something, keep it light.
