WNOW x Lon Retreat

Lon Retreat was honoured yesterday to host David Eccles, co-founder of WNOW, for an afternoon of connection with men from the Barwon Heads WNOW Sunrise Club.
Lon's owner, Rob, is part of the Barwon Heads group and hosted the group of guys for a relaxed workout, swim, dinner and chat by the Lon fire.
Mate-ship, authenticity, vulnerability and understanding were all present, as the lucky group came together for not just a little exercise and cold water dip, but for something deeper - a connection and the shared journey of becoming better men.
WNOW began with David Eccles and his mate and AFL footballer Tadhg Kennelly, looking out for each other. It has now turned into a global movement where every Wednesday men from around the world show up for each other.
