SMALLER

THAI BASIL PORK BELLY, COS LETTUCE CUPS (GF, DF, NF)

A little play on pad kra pao – roasted pork belly tossed through a herbaceous and slightly spicy sauce. It’s sweet, salty, and a little spicy, with fresh lettuce cups to contrast.

LARGER

THAI RED CURRY with SLOW COOKED BEEF CHEEK (GF, DF, NF)

A fragrant coconut based Thai curry loaded with aromatic spices & kaffir lime. Usually quite spicy, but we've dialled down the spice & amped up the flavour. Loaded with slow cooked beef short rib, beans, & carrots.

GREEN PAPAYA SALAD W/ BURNT TOMATOES + FERMENTED CHILLI DRESSING (GF, DF)

A play on Thai som tum salad – a fresh green papaya salad with fish sauce dressing. We’ve added an extra dimension of flavour with blistered cherry tomatoes and house fermented chilli sauce.

STICKY DATE PUDDING, MISO BUTTERSCOTCH, LARD ASS CRÈME FRAICHE (V, NF)

Thought sticky date pudding couldn’t get any better? Well meet our miso butterscotch sauce – it’s salted caramel on steroids & will change your life. Oh, and there’s some locally made crème fraiche by Lard Ass just to balance things out a little.

Your tray is seasonal, changes regularly & may include Lon Adelia muesli or buckwheat, coconut & cranberry granola, Schultz organic milk & yoghurt, berry compote, crumpets, Lon farm honey, Lard Ass cultured butter, Lon farm berries, cherry tomatoes, figs & edible flowers. It may also include Zeally Bay Sourdough, Meredith goats curd & house made dukkah. Ocean Grind Coffee & Love Teas.

This luxurious eye mask is made from pure Rose Quartz crystal. It resonates with the heart and has been traditionally used to encourage self-love and nourish Qi, for optimal skin health.
