A fragrant tomato based Indian curry loaded with warming spices. Usually spicy, but we've dialled

down the spice & amped up the flavour. Loaded with charred chicken, carrots, beans, and cherry

tomatoes. Served with natural yoghurt.

SPICED CHICKPEA SALAD + TAMARIND DRESSING (V, GF, DF, NF)

A play on Indian chana chaat – a chickpea salad with a zingy tamarind dressing. Layered with vibrant

coriander & shallot to play off against the masala spices, it’s an absolute riot of flavour. Served cold, or

warmed if you prefer.

Basmati rice steamed with lemon & spices.
