To kick things off, we have local musician ABE ANDERSON ( Friday 12th Jan) who will keep the Summer slow down tunes flowing as you watch the sky light up.
On arrival you will collect your XO PROJECT seasonal 'feed me' picnic box which includes your plateware & cutlery. Fragrant chilli peanuts (V, GF, DF)
XO 5-Spice Pate, Ket Baker Baguette (NF)
Kingfish tartare, tomato nahm jim, lettuce cups (GF, NF, DF)
Drunken chicken (GF, DF, NF)
Green papaya salad, fermented chilli dressing (GF, DF)
In addition to your picnic box, the talented XO Project crew will be preparing a couple of hot off the grill fresh courses on the night to go with your shared meal.
The talented guys at THE COCKTAIL CART will be there all night serving their delicious cocktails (non-alcoholic cocktails available) plus wine, beers and non-alcoholic options too. Payments by card only please.

Twilight Picnics are from 5.30pm-8.30pm and are available for groups of up to 12 adults maximum.
Please note that your twilight picnic ticket is for a GROUP BOOKING - small (up to 4 adults) $95 per person, medium (up to 8 adults) $90 per person or large (up to 12 adults) $85 per person - and tickets are unavailable for individual sale.
Your ticket includes: XO Project Picnic Box for your group size, XO Project fresh courses on the night, Live Music by local musicians, Access to Lon's picnic grounds & gardens. Drinks to be purchased on night.
Unfortunately we cannot cater for menu alterations. XO Project includes vegetarian and gluten free options in all their picnic offerings.
BYO Blanket. We will have a limited selection of rugs and picnic tables scattered throughout the lawn for your comfort - but also feel free to pack a rug, blanket or any other comforts. Please wear appropriate footwear & don't forget your sunhat & sunscreen. NO BYO FOOD OR BEVERAGES.
No refunds are available for cancellations with less than 7 days notice.... but NEVER FEAR! In the event of extreme or uncomfortable weather conditions, your Picnic Box will be available for collection from Lon Retreat Reception on the day of your picnic to enjoy with some other bonus treats in the privacy of your home. Please note all bookings incur a ticket booking fee that is non-refundable.
