Lon Spa’s Dad Recovery Ritual is designed to help the Father in your life give some self-care. It will relieve muscular tension and assist your Dad to perform at his optimum level.
Dad's recovery begins with a thermal contrast therapy journey Soak + Sauna + Plunge. He will enjoy our Mineral Pool, Hot Mineral Soak and Outdoor Contrast Therapy space with Sauna, and Cold Plunge, whilst hydrating his body with herbal tea and lemon water. Private steam therapy is then followed by a 60-minute Muscle Ease Massage.
